Location: Toh Guan Warehouse (west side near Jurong East MRT)
Basic + AWS + VB + OT
Working Hours: 5 days week ( 9.00am to 6.00pm)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build strong relationships with and maintain good communication with Customer
- Run and confirm inventory allocations daily, managing inventory communications between customer and Warehouse staff, while assisting the warehouse team with inventory allocations in the WMS.
- Ensure paperwork is correct, matches the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and maintain organized records of shipping and receiving documents.
- Update the WMS daily to reflect all warehouse activities.
- Assist Warehouse Manager and warehouse team with inventory reports and assignments.
- Invoicing to customer
- Fast-paced and able multi-tasking
