Data Analyst

Role: We are looking for a Data Analyst to support the delivery, validation, and monitoring of data-driven solutions within the banking and financial services environment. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across data, technology, and business teams to deliver reliable insights and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver analytics solutions that support banking and customer servicing outcomes.
• Conduct end-to-end setup and validation of analytics use cases to ensure customers receive relevant and timely insights.
• Validate exceptions, rejected cases, and underlying reasons to ensure data and system accuracy.
• Monitor the quality and performance of analytics use cases after implementation.
• Track key business impact metrics to measure the effectiveness and value of analytics solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 4–5 years of experience in data analysis, data validation, system verification, and testing.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with backend data verification, analytics scripting, and platform UI setup.
• Banking or financial services experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance requirements.
