The Assistant/Deputy Director, Industry Partnerships & Enterprise Projects, plays a strategic leadership role in driving NYP’s industry engagement, enterprise collaborations, and multidisciplinary solutioning efforts. The role oversees the development of strategic industry partnerships, enterprise projects, and NYP360 initiatives that strengthen NYP’s positioning as a leading institution for workforce transformation, applied innovation, and lifelong learning.

The incumbent will lead efforts to deepen relationships with industry partners, identify collaboration opportunities across CET, TIE, and NYP360 domains, and drive enterprise-level projects that create impact for industry and society. The role also oversees strategic project management and CRM transformation initiatives that enhance NYP’s industry collaboration capabilities and operational effectiveness.

[What you will be working on]

Strategic Industry Partnerships & Business Development

  • Develop and execute strategies to strengthen NYP’s industry partnerships and enterprise engagement ecosystem.

  • Identify and cultivate strategic collaborations with companies, TACs, public agencies, and ecosystem partners across CET, TIE, and NYP360 domains.

  • Lead multidisciplinary engagement efforts to position NYP as a trusted partner for workforce transformation, innovation, and enterprise solutions.

  • Drive B2B engagement opportunities and partnerships that support institutional growth and strategic priorities.
     

NYP360 & Enterprise Projects

  • Oversee the development and implementation of NYP360-related initiatives and enterprise projects.

  • Drive cross-school collaborations to deliver integrated and multidisciplinary solutions for industry partners.

  • Lead strategic projects that strengthen NYP’s enterprise value proposition and industry relevance.

  • Ensure effective governance, coordination, and execution of institution-level projects under the portfolio.
     

Industry Collaboration & Ecosystem Development

  • Build and strengthen relationships with industry leaders, ecosystem partners, and innovation stakeholders.

  • Support the development of collaboration models that integrate CET, applied R&D, and enterprise innovation opportunities.

  • Facilitate strategic engagements that create opportunities for co-innovation, capability development, and industry transformation.
     

CRM & Digital Transformation

  • Oversee CRM transformation and related strategic digital initiatives supporting industry engagement and enterprise collaboration.

  • Drive adoption of systems and processes that improve industry partnership management, reporting, and collaboration outcomes.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen data-driven decision-making and enterprise engagement capabilities.
     

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and mentor teams within the portfolio to achieve strategic and operational outcomes.

  • Work closely with schools, CET institutes, and corporate departments to align partnership and enterprise development efforts.

  • Represent NYP in strategic engagements, industry platforms, and institutional workgroups where required.
