Job description

  • Work Location - Central Region
  • Working Hours - Mon to Thurs 8.30am - 5.30pm
  • Monthly Salary - up to $5475
  • Govt Agency, 12 months contract

Job Scope:

  • Manage website content updates with Business Units, ensuring accuracy and alignment with requirements
  • Coordinate approvals and work with web agency partners to implement updates, features, and fixes
  • Support routine website maintenance, including content checks and validation
  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools and prepare basic performance reports
  • Support data-driven improvements to content and user engagement
  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for website updates and enhancements
  • Ensure consistent website display across devices and browsers, and support UX testing
  • Support implementation for web content and coordinate with vendors/technical teams for issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in web content management (CMS) and analytics platforms, digital marketing, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret website performance data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
