Job Summary

Project 19 Interior Design seeks a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to produce engaging social content from renovation projects and generate quality leads through targeted digital campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-engagement short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) showcasing site walkthroughs and "Before vs. After" transformations to attract and engage target audiences
  • Curate and maintain premium Instagram and Facebook feeds to enhance brand presence and audience interaction
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads targeting local homeowners to increase lead generation and reduce Cost-Per-Lead (CPL)
  • Optimize landing pages to improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Update and maintain the company website portfolio to reflect current projects and achievements
  • Manage listings and reviews on interior design portals such as Renopedia and Sixides to boost online visibility
  • Track and analyze monthly marketing analytics to inform campaign adjustments and improve performance
  • Independently conduct on-site filming to capture authentic renovation content

Required competencies and certifications

  • Proficient in video editing software such as CapCut or Premiere Pro to produce polished marketing videos
  • Skilled in graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop to create compelling visual content
  • Experienced in managing and optimizing campaigns using Meta Ads Manager
  • Knowledgeable about Singapore’s housing market, including HDB regulations, BTO cycles, and renovation terminology to tailor marketing content effectively
  • Excellent command of English for clear communication and content creation
  • Self-starter with the ability to independently manage on-site filming and content production
