Our client is a Learning & Education Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for multiple Digital Marketing Executive positions across different marketing functions to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.


Job Responsibilities:

A. Digital Campaign & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and other online channels
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data insights, and conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and marketing ROI
  • Support audience targeting, segmentation, and campaign scaling initiatives across different customer profiles and channels
  • Track marketing performance metrics and prepare insights to improve acquisition and engagement strategies
  • Participate in ad-hoc marketing projects and initiatives as assigned

B. Content, Creative & Funnel Development

  • Develop engaging marketing content including ad copies, landing pages, email campaigns, video scripts, e-books, and short-form content
  • Support creation of lead generation assets and customer conversion funnels to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Work closely with designers and video editors by preparing creative briefs, scripts, storyboards, and campaign concepts
  • Conceptualise and develop creative marketing ideas, messaging angles, and campaign hooks to improve customer engagement and conversions
  • Participate in ad-hoc marketing projects and initiatives as assigned

C. Marketing Operations & Growth Initiatives

  • Support marketing research, campaign planning, and ongoing optimisation initiatives
  • Explore new digital marketing tools, trends, channels, and AI-driven marketing solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business growth objectives
  • Participate in ad-hoc marketing projects and initiatives as assigned

Key Requirements:

  • Min Diploma or Degree in Marketing or other relevant equivalent field of study.
  • 2 - 4 years relevant experience in digital marketing or related marketing functions
  • Exposure to digital marketing activities such as campaign execution, paid media, content development, or funnel optimisation is preferred
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g. Meta, Google) and/or marketing tools such as landing pages, analytics, or content creation software is an advantage
  • Strong skills in the areas of copywriting, campaign execution, data analysis, or creative development, depending on role focus
  • Experience handling marketing campaigns with measurable performance outcomes is an advantage
