• Industry/ Organization Type: Food Manufacturing
• Position Title: Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive (Graphic Design)
• Working Location: North - Woodlands (Nearest MRT: Admiralty)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday - Friday: 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Flexi Claim + AWS + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design materials for integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertisements, LinkedIn campaigns, social media, websites, email marketing and printed materials.
• Design marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, product labels, catalogues, social media graphics and other promotional materials while ensuring consistency with established brand guidelines.
• Manage the company's social media platforms, including planning content calendars, scheduling posts and engaging with online audiences.
• Monitor social media and campaign performance, track leads and prepare quarterly performance reports.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop engaging visual and marketing content for different communication channels.
• Create and edit graphic and video content for social media, websites and other marketing initiatives.
• Maintain and update website content, including the company's product library.
• Develop creative concepts, visual ideas and mock-ups based on marketing or business requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
• Perform other duties and participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing or a related design discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in graphic design, marketing or a related role.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (mandatory) and familiar with Canva and CapCut.
• Strong graphic design and video creation/editing skills.
• Possess analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret marketing performance data.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience using Wix would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, particularly LinkedIn advertising, is advantageous.
