Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing quality across multiple sites in Asia.

Requirements

• Has prior experience in manufacturing quality leadership experience in semiconductor, electronics, advanced materials, automotive, aerospace or other highly engineered manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience leading regional, multi-site quality teams.
• Strong expertise in quality systems, process improvement and quality transformation.
• Proficient in methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 8D and DMAIC.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
