Job Description

• Position Title: E-commerce Operations Executive
• Working Location: Central
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm) (4 days in office + 1 WFH day)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, after-sales support, returns and exchanges.
• Inspect incoming hair systems to ensure product quality, specifications and customer requirements are met.
• Manage inventory, stock levels and order fulfilment.
• Coordinate orders and appointments with hairstylists.
• Conduct quality checks on completed orders before shipment.
• Pack orders and arrange courier collections.
• Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Identify operational issues and improve workflows and procedures.
• Support content creation, social media and other business activities when required.
• Assist in training and managing new team members as the company grows.
• Gradually take ownership of day-to-day operations, with opportunities to progress into a management role.
• Provide reasonable flexibility in responding to straightforward customer enquiries outside regular working hours when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
