They are now looking for a competent and committed individual to join their team.

Electrical Engineer

Job Description:

• Assist M&E / Design Consultants in reviewing the design intend and identify system discrepancies or improve system performance if necessary;
• Carry out value engineering to the system whenever necessary without compromising the system performance and compliance to the local authorities’ requirements / Local Code of Practices;
• Perform Equipment selection in accordance to the engineering calculation done and approved by M&E Consultants;
• Perform sizing and selection of the Electrical system material in accordance to the engineering calculation done and approved by M&E Consultants;
• Liaise with the equipment suppliers and material suppliers to ensure selection of the equipment are relevant and compliance to the technical specification / requirements;
• Prepare technical submission to M&E Consultants for approval and follow up on the comment (if any) related to the submission;
• Work closely with the associate team members to see that overall Electrical system design development are meeting the design intend of M&E Consultants;
• Take charge in the overall planning and execution of Electrical system Testing and Commissioning.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or equivalent;
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
• Well verse with building Electrical System design requirements and Local Code of Practise;
• Must be able to perform engineering calculation and design review on the Electrical system;
• Able to read and understand Electrical Drawing Requirements, self-driven, independent and team-player.
