Responsibilities:
• Manage customer accounts, enquiries, orders and shipment updates.
• Process POs, RFQs, quotations and order acknowledgements.
• Update and maintain sales orders in ERP/MRP systems.
• Cordinate with production, procurement, logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor order progress, resolve issues and prepare customer reports.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Engineering or Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing program management or production planning
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel for reporting and ERP/MRPsystems
• Good communication with a customer-focused approach
• Detail-oriented and able to handle tasks accurately
