📋 Job Scope

• Design and develop equipment, tools and fixtures to improve manufacturing processes.
• Develop and execute experiments, tests and validation protocols; analyze results and prepare reports.
• Prepare work instructions, training and technical documentation for production teams.
• Support automation, process technology and validation projects.
• Provide technical guidance on software coding and development.
• Troubleshoot automated equipment and support Industry 4.0/5.0 initiatives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing risks and issues.
• Support robotics, AI and automation-related projects where applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related scientific field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong programming/computer skills, particularly Python and Power BI.
• C# knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience with robotics, AI/LLMs, VLM/VLA or AI-assisted programming is highly advantageous.
• Experience in Industry 4.0/5.0, robotic programming or automation projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automated equipment troubleshooting.
• Experience with medical device manufacturing, GMP/GDP or FDA regulations is advantageous.
• CAD and MS Project knowledge preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors and project stakeholders.
• Good documentation skills and strong attention to detail.
