Responsibility

• Curriculum Innovation: Create and execute engaging lesson plans aligned with the center's vision and policies, fostering a dynamic learning experience.
• Interactive Learning: Develop diverse sets of practice questions across various subjects, promoting active student participation and critical thinking.
• Engage and Educate: Deliver English, Mathematics, or Science lessons with a lively and accessible teaching style, making complex concepts easy to understand.
• Student Progress Tracking: Maintain a detailed record of student progress, compiling individual development portfolios to monitor growth and tailor instruction.
• Lifelong Learning Advocacy: Cultivate an inspiring and interactive learning atmosphere that instills a passion for lifelong learning among students.
• Safety and Well-being: Prioritize the safety and hygiene of the classroom environment, ensuring a secure and healthy space for both students and teachers.
• Parent Partnership: Foster strong and meaningful connections with parents, actively involving them in their child's educational journey for enhanced collaboration and support.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in education or related fields
• Experience in teaching children in primary or secondary level
• Familiarity with the Singapore education system and major exams (PSLE, O-Level, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience towards the learning process of each student
• Ability to work independently as well as to collaborate with other teachers
