N / O / A / NITEC - $10.50 / hour

Diploma - $13 / hour

Working hours:

8am to 5pm (Mon to Fri)

8am to 12pm (Every Sat)

Responsibilities:

• Perform backend administrative duties including appointment scheduling, conducting pre-appointment instructions and follow-up calls, arranging referrals to Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOC) and data collation.
• Provide clinical support by assisting medical, nursing, and allied health domains.
• Cross coverage of duties when required.
• Undertake any other ad hoc assignments assigned by supervisors.
