We are seeking a backend equipment Manager for equipment procurement role.

Core Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment with business unit needs, technology evolution, and CapEx/OpEx or Direct Material priorities.
• Own key supplier relationships and drive performance improvement in quality, cost, delivery, and innovation (QCDI).
• Support the development and renewal of supplier contracts, ensuring alignment with internal Provide category insights and guidance to Heads of Category or Global Procurement Leads.

Job Specifications

• Bachelor’sor Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business; MBA preferred.
• Min 7–10 years in ideally in manufacturing, semiconductor, or equipment-heavy industries.
• Experience in managing cross-functional initiatives and strategic supplier negotiations.
• Advanced negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with TCO, cost modelling, and financial acumen.
• Effective communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
