Job Outline:

1. Responsible for driving sales growth and achieving the targets of the assigned territory.
2. Responsible to build effective business relationship with internal & external customers.

Job scope:

• Regular visits and follow up to customers in assigned territory.
• Pre-call planning and implementation to ensure KPIs are met.
• Timely submission of all necessary reports and documentations as per required.
• Assist Sales and Marketing team in the development of sales execution plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for relevant products and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort).
• Maintain a high level of customers’ satisfaction by providing timely service support.
• Provide territorial sales forecast on a monthly basis.
• Seek and propose sales growth opportunities and analyze customer data and track territory sales.
• Gather market intelligence on customers or competitors
• Manage ad-hoc tasks as and wen assigned by the Management.

KPI

1. To achieve annual sales target for the assigned portfolio of products.
2. To submit required reports and plans in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Degree in any relevant field. A background in a scientific discipline or a combination of scientific knowledge and sales experience would e advantageous.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the pharmaceutical ethical sector.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and uphold private and confidential information.
