Job Summary

Join KLIVE Asia’s expanding event operations team to manage end-to-end event production and operations. You will coordinate teams, vendors, and logistics across regions to deliver seamless, high-quality events while managing budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage event operations from planning through execution, ensuring all operational plans and schedules are delivered on time and to standard
• Develop and monitor event budgets to control costs and ensure financial efficiency
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics agencies to secure timely delivery of all event components
• Supervise production stages including fabrication and on-site set-up to guarantee quality and functionality
• Brief and lead cross-cultural teams across countries to align efforts and meet event objectives
• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and maintain smooth workflows
• Adapt to flexible working hours and regional travel requirements to support event demands

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in the events industry is a significant advantage
