Executive, Sales & Operations

Location: Changi Beach Club, Singapore

About the Role

Changi Beach Club is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Executive, Sales & Operations to support the Club's daily operations while driving membership growth, facility bookings, and event sales.

This is a hands-on role that combines operational coordination with sales and business development. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver excellent service to members, guests, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Promote Club memberships, sports facilities, function venues, guest rooms, and corporate packages.

  • Generate new business opportunities through corporate outreach, partnerships, and networking.

  • Manage enquiries, prepare quotations, conduct site visits, and follow up with prospective clients.

  • Coordinate bookings for events, corporate functions, and sports facilities.

  • Maintain strong relationships with members, corporate clients, tenants, and business partners.

Operations

  • Support the daily operations of the clubhouse and sports facilities to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Coordinate maintenance works and liaise with contractors and vendors.

  • Monitor cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness of Club facilities.

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining operational SOPs.

  • Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Sports, F&B, and other departments to support Club activities and events.

  • Handle members' feedback and operational issues professionally.

  • Prepare operational and sales reports for Management.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in sales, hospitality, club management, customer service, or operations.

  • Experience in country clubs, sports clubs, hotels, or event venues will be an advantage.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.

  • Good organisational and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willing to work weekends and public holidays when operationally required.
