[What the role is]

You will be part of the Strategic & Quality Development Department to support the operations of new initiatives or existing projects at both strategic and operational levels of the Polytechnic.

[What you will be working on]

• Design and implement apps and automated workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Support the creation and maintenance of databases for operational needs.
• Assist in maintaining and improving dashboards for various TP Management.
• Provide logistics and coordination support for workshops and events.
• Draft and prepare electronic direct mailers (EDMs) aligned with communication objectives.
• Support and coordinate stakeholder engagement.
• Undertakes other administrative duties as assigned.

[What we are looking for]

• Relevant qualification, preferably with knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Foundational knowledge of data analytics (including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Query and Power BI).
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Adaptable in handling multiple tasks with the ability to prioritize tasks within tight deadlines.
• Proactive and a keen self-directed learner.
• Meticulous and organised.
