[What the role is]
As an Executive supporting the Examinations Division, you will play a key role in coordinating examination administration, providing essential divisional support, and managing examination fee-related matters.[What you will be working on]
Your work will involve coordinating examination operations through liaison with co-training partners and other divisions/colleges, and delivering customer service to stakeholders. This includes facilitating assessment results submissions and approvals, managing assessment processing for CET programmes, and handling correspondence and enquiries from co-training partners and other divisions/colleges. You will also be responsible for processing appeals, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the relevant systems and SharePoint, alongside document management and archiving. Furthermore, the role encompasses compiling and processing award certifications, generating certificates and transcripts, and ensuring their timely distribution.

You should have at least 2 years of relevant administrative experience and demonstrate a keen interest in handling administration matters, preferably in education or assessment settings.
