Job description

We are a growing food manufacturing company looking for a Creative Professional to elevate our brand, packaging, and product branding and visual identity across supermarket and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creative direction for marketing campaigns and brand visuals
  • Develop advertising concepts for product launches and promotions
  • Design and oversee packaging, labels, and retail product presentation
  • Create strong visual content for digital, print, and in-store marketing
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all products and platforms
  • Produce and manage content for social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams on promotional strategies
  • Develop engaging food-related visuals (product photography, recipe visuals, serving ideas)
  • Use design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and business goals

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in creative, advertising, or design roles (F&B preferred)
  • Strong portfolio in branding, packaging, and campaign work
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of branding, layout, and visual storytelling
  • Knowledge of retail marketing and consumer products preferred
  • Experience creating content for social media platforms
  • Familiar with AI tools for creative development is a plus
  • Strong communication and project management skills
