Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with CEO to serve new/existing customers and provide feasiblelogistics solutions
- Preparation and managing of sales contracts and reports
- Handling the entire spectrum of Export documentations and Operations
- Ensure that full set of export documents are kept in good order
- Book vessel space with shipping lines
- Provide booking confirmation to customers
- Sample submission to customers
- Courier shipping documents to customers
- Declare marine insurance
- Liaising with warehouse personnel related to stuffing issues
- Handle issues related to Direct sales
- Cover Export Shipping Executive who is on leave
- Perform ad-hoc duties/tasks as assigned by the Company
- Handle Export Marine Insurance Claim
- Monitor vessel ETD & update Navison
- Handle daily operations – troubleshooting on warehouse and production matters
Qualifications
- Min Diploma in any field.
