Recruit123 is helping our client to hire a Talent Acquisition Leader to join their healthcare organization.

Our client is a growing healthcare company in Singapore looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to build and scale their hiring function. This role will be instrumental in developing recruitment strategy, strengthening the employer brand, and supporting the organization's continued growth across clinical and non-clinical functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and execution for both clinical and corporate/support roles
• Partner closely with department heads and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
• Build and manage a scalable recruitment framework, including sourcing channels, interview processes, and candidate experience
• Develop and manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and healthcare-specific talent pipelines
• Manage and mentor a small TA team (or build one out, depending on current headcount)
• Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate) to leadership
• Drive process improvements and TA technology adoption (ATS, HRIS integration)
• Support workforce planning for new service lines, clinic openings, or headcount expansion

Requirements:

• Minimum 6–8 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership/managerial capacity
• Prior experience recruiting within healthcare, medical, pharma, or a related regulated industry strongly preferred
• Proven track record of building or scaling a TA function, ideally in a growth-stage or mid-sized organization
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working directly with senior leadership/founders
• Familiar with Singapore employment regulations and healthcare-specific hiring nuances (e.g., professional registration requirements for clinical roles)
• Data-driven approach to recruitment with experience using ATS/HR systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management skills
• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
