Our esteemed client in the Real Estate industry is seeking a Facilities/ Building Executive to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Facilities/ Building Executive
• Location: Buona Vista
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
• Salary Package: Basic + Phone Allowances + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections of the building, common areas and fire protection facilities to ensure that they are well maintained and functional, thereafter follow up on rectification works and recommend improvements where required.
• Oversee day-to-day building operations, including security, housekeeping, landscaping, waste management, irrigation systems, lifts, parking facilities, building defects, and fire & life safety systems.
• Manage the booking, usage, and upkeep of facilities and common amenities in the building.
• Coordinate and monitor the contractors to ensure the maintenance activities are completed according to agreed schedules and service standards.
• Coordinate with the M&E teams to work on inspections, testing, and commissioning activities during tenant fit-out and reinstatement works.
• Participate in emergency preparedness activities and support emergency response initiatives when required, including performing fire drill exercises.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of operational and capital expenditure budgets.
• Liaise with tenants, contractors, consultants, and relevant external parties to facilitate upgrading projects.
• Support contract administration activities, including procurement, contractor performance monitoring, documentation, and record management.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants by responding promptly to enquiries, resolving operational issues, and providing after-hours emergency support when required.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Building Management, Facilities Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
• Ability to engage effectively with tenants, contractors, service providers, and various stakeholders.
