Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer – Dairy Products
• Position Title: Factory Manager
• Working Location: Tuas
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:00am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production, warehouse, inventory, logistics, and distribution operations.
• Ensure production, quality, efficiency, and delivery targets are achieved.
• Optimise manufacturing processes, manpower deployment, equipment performance, and warehouse layout.
• Manage inventory accuracy, storage, stock reconciliation, material handling, and goods dispatch.
• Coordinate inbound, outbound, and export shipments with procurement and logistics partners.
• Implement warehouse automation, barcoding, inventory tracking, and WMS solutions.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, food safety, hygiene, workplace safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with R&D on new product trials and production scale-up.
• Lead and train production and warehouse teams while monitoring performance.
• Reduce wastage, stock discrepancies, operating costs, and process bottlenecks.
• Prepare operational reports and coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Sales, and other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Food Science, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• At least 5–8 years of manufacturing or production experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Factory Manager or in an equivalent leadership role.
• Knowledge of production, warehouse, inventory, logistics, HACCP, and GMP requirements.
• Strong leadership, planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.
