Key Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
• Prepare projections and analyse average bill size trends.
• Coordinate and manage the annual fee revision exercise, including submission preparation and analysis of fee review outcomes.
• Assist in the rollout and implementation of new service packages.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of costing systems, including cost modelling for assigned operational areas.
• Review and validate billing-related service requests, participate in system testing, and perform bill verification activities.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for finance and billing system enhancements.
• Perform financial simulations and evaluations to support policy reviews and new service initiatives.

Requirements
