Who We Are Looking For

We are currently focused on bringing in Financial Planners as our primary hire, and we welcome conversations with talented individuals in marketing and event management who share the same vision.

Roles & Responsibilities (Financial Planner)

- Engage prospective and existing clients to understand their financial goals, risk profile, and life priorities.
- Design personalised financial plans across protection, investments, retirement, and legacy planning.
- Recommend suitable solutions and review portfolios regularly to keep clients on track.
- Build long-term client relationships through proactive servicing and regular reviews.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
- Collaborate with our marketing and event management partners to create meaningful client experiences.
- Stay current on market developments, products, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all advice complies with MAS regulations and our professional standards.

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in any discipline from a recognised institution.
- Prior experience in financial advisory, banking, insurance, or sales is an advantage but not required.
- Career switchers, fresh graduates, and mid-career individuals are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and excited by ecosystem-building.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

Employment Type

Permanent / Full Time preferred. Contract and Part Time arrangements may be discussed for the right candidate.
