Role Overview

The Financial Services Director is a senior leadership role responsible for driving business strategy, advisordevelopment, and long-term sustainability of the practice.

This position is suitable for:

• Existing agency leaders dissatisfied with limited support or growth

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Financial Services Managers and Consultants
• Set strategic direction for recruitment, productivity and culture
• Develop scalable advisory systems and sustainable business practices
• Ensure strong governance, compliance and risk management
• Coach senior advisors to achieve consistent, ethical performance
• Represent the practice professionally in corporate and strategic partnerships
