NB. This role is a Commission-based role; the Salary Range I included is an average approximate based on past teammates’ earnings.

Overview

This role is for a Director within Private Wealth Management, focusing on client acquisition and investment advisory for high-net-worth individuals. You will be responsible for building a client base, delivering tailored investment strategies, and ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.

The position is suited for experienced professionals who are commercially driven and capable of managing client relationships independently.

It requires a high level of autonomy, with a focus on driving revenue growth while maintaining compliance and delivering suitable investment solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and onboard new clients through prospecting and leveraging the firm’s network and platform
• Provide investment advice and develop strategies aligned with clients’ objectives, risk profiles, and asset allocation goals
• Maintain and grow relationships with high-net-worth clients
• Ensure all client activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Relevant certifications such as CMFAS RES 1A, RES 2A, RES 5, CM-EIP, and CM-SIP (or equivalent)
• A strong sales orientation with a track record of achieving targets
• Ability to work independently and manage client portfolios
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Japanese is an advantage
