Fire Protection Project Engineer (MNC/ Central/ Permanent Role)

About the Role
We are looking for a Fire Protection Engineer to support fire protection works for a construction project in Central Singapore. You will coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, clients, and authorities to ensure works are completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project and regulatory requirements.

Responsibility:

• Supervise subcontractors and monitor site progress.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings, materials, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate fire protection systems, including Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, Hosereel, Wet/Dry Riser, Fire Hydrant, and Fireman Intercom systems.
• Resolve coordination issues with M&E, structural, and architectural teams.
• Plan and oversee testing, commissioning, inspections, and defect rectification.
• Prepare O&M manuals, As-Built drawings, and handover documentation.

Requirement:

• Min Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in fire protection systems within the construction industry.
• Experience with at least 3–4 fire protection systems listed above.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage site coordination.
