Job Description

Our client is an established operations facility in the laundry and garment care industry, supporting large-scale cleaning and processing services.

We are seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manpower coordination, and workflow efficiency within the production environment.

This role may also be suitable for candidates with experience or interest in positions such as Operations Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, or Team Leader (Manufacturing / Laundry / Cleaning Operations).

Candidates with experience in operations, production, logistics, or supervisory roles are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily floor operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Coordinate manpower deployment and monitor staff productivity
• Ensure operational targets and timelines are met
• Maintain quality control standards for laundry and cleaning processes
• Enforce workplace safety and operational procedures
• Train and guide junior staff or operators
• Liaise with internal teams on operational requirements
• Handle basic reporting and administrative duties

Requirements

• Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role preferred
• Experience in laundry, manufacturing, logistics, or operations environment is advantageous
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced and hands-on environment
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Up to $3,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

• 5.5-day work week
