📍Location: Changi South (Expo/Changi Business Park)
💰Pay: Up to $3300/month + AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operations of the MIS department, including problem determination, evaluation, and corrections.

• Phone system support

• Global User Ticket Entry

• User Desktop Support for Costa Rica (Operating System, applications, Hardware, external devices)

• Remote support for Satellite locations (US, Asia, Europe, South America)

• Procurement functions and relationships pertaining to the necessary hardware and software needed to properly maintain company information systems.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant qualification or studies in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
