Job Description:

• The Head, Nursing Administration provides leadership and management oversight to the nursing department in care provision matters.
• He/ She provides support and assistance to the CEO/ Administrator in maintaining the standards of nursing practice; ensure that safe, high quality, efficient and cost-effective clinical care is delivered to clients.
• To provide clinical advisory and holistic resident roadmap for patients
