Head of Private Wealth Advisory (HNW Platform Leadership)

Our client is a reputable financial services group with a strong presence across Asia. As part of their continued investment into the HNW segment, they are looking to appoint a senior leader to drive their Private Wealth Advisory platform.

The Role

Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead the Private Wealth Advisory (PWA) business, driving both strategy and execution across the HNW segment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Define and execute the HNW value proposition and growth strategy
• Lead and scale a high-performing advisory and sales platform
• Oversee product governance, advisory standards, and regulatory compliance
• Drive client acquisition through events, referrals, and strategic partnerships
• Build and develop teams across investment and insurance advisory
• This is a strategic and transformational leadership role with full ownership of the HNW business.

Requirements

• 12–15 years in wealth management / insurance / private banking
• Proven track record in building and scaling HNW businesses
• Strong leadership experience managing large advisory teams
• Deep understanding of MAS regulatory framework
