Position Summary

The Head of Product Mangement supports BUZUD’s business by analyzing and optimizing business processes, refining SOPs, digitalize internal business processes and develop and coordinate cross-department processes and projects. This role requires analytical skills, a strong understanding of internal and external business processes, and the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Process Analysis and Optimization: Comprehensively analyze existing business processes, identify operational issues and efficiency bottlenecks, and drive the standardization, formalization, and continuous improvement of these processes.

2. SOP Development and Management: Lead the development, refinement, implementation, and oversight of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for core business areas—including customer service, inventory, warehousing, store operations, and after-sales service—to establish unified operational standards.

3. Business Digitalization and Automation: Spearhead the digitalization of internal business processes; drive the integration of business systems, process automation, and data interoperability to reduce manual tasks, enhance operational efficiency, and increase management transparency.

4. Product Development and Delivery Coordination: Collaborate with R&D teams to facilitate product development, testing, acceptance, and launch, ensuring that products align with business requirements.

5. Cross-functional Coordination and Execution: Coordinate across departments—such as technology, sales, marketing, operations, and customer service—to drive process optimization, SOP execution, and the implementation of digitalization initiatives.

6. Continuous Improvement and Performance Evaluation: Establish performance metrics for business processes and products, and continuously evaluate process execution, operational efficiency, and product performance.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Communications, or related fields.
• At least 4–5 years of business experience, preferably in healthcare or retail.
• Extensive team management experience
• Strong communication skills to effective communicate across multiple teams and departments
• Knowledge of building digital software platforms for entire business chain
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
