• Industry/ Organization Type: Healthcare
• Position Title: Healthcare Assistant
• Working Location: Island wide
• Working Hours: 6 working days (Rotating shift)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $1,047 + Housing Allowance $500 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Contract Role (2 Years)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality care
• Monitor and record residents' vital signs and report any changes
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
• Assist in transporting residents to appointments and activities
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team
• Follow care plans and documentation procedures accurately

• Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Basic knowledge of healthcare practices and procedures
