The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for a High Net Worth Insurance Operations Support Associate 
• Starts off as contract role

Role Overview
In this role, you will :
1. provide middle-office operational support for High Net Worth (HNW) products, with main focus on Variable Universal Life (VUL) policies
2. own case management for VUL policies, ensuring processes are executed in line with operational standards and applicable regulatory/compliance guidelines;
3. deliver consistent service to policyholders and advisers across distribution channels;

Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with custodians and asset managers to manage and resolve VUL-related transaction rocessing and operational queries.
2. Input and validate monthly VUL policy valuations
3. Monitoring of VUL policy liquidity and policy value
4. Monitoring of underlying assets, including checks relating to sanctions exposure, illiquidity, and suitability considerations.
5. Ensure all required documentation is complete, properly maintained, and archived to support ad hoc audit and control requests.
6. Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect current processes, controls, and regulatory expectations.
7. Produce and maintain internal and regulatory reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and traceability.
8. Deliver additional HNW operational tasks and project support as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3 years’ relevant experience in custody operations, or investment operations within a bank,custodian, or comparable financial institution.
• Working knowledge of investment, custodial operations, life insurance operational processes, including relevant local regulatory requirements.
• Good service mindset with the ability to manage priorities, maintain control discipline, and multi-task effectively.
• Highly competent in administrative execution; meticulous with strong attention to detail and documentation standards.
• Collaborative team player with good interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
