Seoul Noodle Shop – Hiring: CHEF DE CUISINE

Seoul Noodle Shop is looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen operations in Singapore.

We are seeking a strong team leader who can maintain food quality, manage kitchen operations efficiently, and support the growth of our brand.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations
• Maintain food quality and recipe standards
• Manage food costing and inventory control
• Ensure kitchen hygiene and compliance with SFA standards
• Lead and train kitchen team members
• Assist in menu development and operational improvements
• Coordinate kitchen scheduling and manpower planning

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant kitchen management experience preferred
• Experience in Korean or Asian cuisine preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work weekends and public holidays
• Singapore F&B experience is an advantage

Working Conditions

• Location: Singapore
• 6-day work week
• Salary: Negotiable based on experience
• Work Pass sponsorship available (subject to approval)
• Annual leave and public holiday benefits provided according to company policy

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-outlet or central kitchen experience
• Menu development experience
• Basic English communication skills
