Key Responsibilities

• Drive venue bookings and contribute towards monthly revenue targets
• Identify and execute new marketing and promotional opportunities
• Handle customer enquiries promptly via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Arrange and conduct venue viewings for prospective clients
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients from enquiry to event day
• Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth event execution
• Build and manage collaborations with relevant vendors and partners
• Manage and maintain our social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
• Liaise with our social media agency for campaigns and advertisements
• Gather client testimonials and reviews to strengthen brand presence
• Ensure the venue remains presentable, functional, and event-ready
• Assist with administrative duties including monthly sales reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
• Confident, driven, and self-motivated personality
• Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous with a positive learning attitude
• Comfortable working one weekend day as part of a 5-day work week
• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only
