Responsibilities:
• Lead the full design process from concept through to completion with a strong emphasis on spatial planning and furnishings for in-house Hospitality projects.
• Translate designs into drawings, layouts and detailed documentation.
• Create FF&E concepts and presentations.
• Source and propose furniture, fixtures, equipment and accessories.
• Prepare mood boards, hand sketching, images and detailed FF&E schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers and consultants on sourcing and procurement.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in hospitality projects
• Highly proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD and Photoshop
• Excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills
