• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,200 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the housekeeping team across all shophouses, including managing schedules, training, and daily supervision.
• Manage all member move-in and move-out preparations, including linen, towels, household essentials, and ensuring studios are clean and ready on schedule.
• Clean at least 1 house per day to maintain hands-on operational standards and stay connected with the team’s daily work.
• Conduct daily and weekly inspections of studios, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas, and guide the team to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping SOPs for studios, common areas, and external building areas.
• Manage cleaning supplies, linen, and consumables inventory across all properties; monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment before shortages occur.
• Coordinate with approved vendors for laundry, pest control, and specialised cleaning services; ensure service standards are maintained.
• Identify wear and tear, damages, plumbing, and electrical issues, and escalate them to the Maintenance team before they affect members.
• Work with the Operations team on member move-ins, viewings, and Club House events.
• Conduct housekeeping training, SOP updates, and weekly housekeeping meetings.
• Use AI and mobile tools to improve checklists, inspection records, vendor reports, and incident tracking.

• 2-4 years of experience in housekeeping, room operations, or facilities roles within hotels, serviced apartments, boutique co-living, or hospitality environments, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
• Experience managing service standards and audit results.
• Familiar with mobile tools such as WhatsApp, scheduling applications, and photo-based inspection applications
• Able to maintain service standards, manage team performance, address vendor issues, and handle discussions professionally.
• Comfortable travelling between properties in central Singapore
