Seeking an HR Administrator to support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities for retail operations across Singapore (300+ employees) and Malaysia (80+ employees).

Location : Kallang Bahru, Singapore (onsite)

Contract : 12 months, (extendable)

Experience : 4+ years

Only immediate joiners will be considered for this opportunity.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR/administrative support experience.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas), Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or any HRIS is preferred.
  • Retail industry exposure or experience supporting a fast-paced environment is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain HR records and support HR systems administration (SAP SuccessFactors, benefits, insurance, employee share portal, government surveys, etc.).
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and employee documentation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and ticket management.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
