Job Description:
• Office move:
o Coordinate and support logistics related to office move, including packing, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination.
o Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors (e.g. movers, contractors) to ensure timely execution of relocation activities
o Provide updates on relocation progress and promptly escalate any issues or delays
• Digitalisation of employee p-file: scan documents in hard copy p-files into soft copies
• Updating of employee’s records into HRIS
• Assist with learning and development including sourcing for training courses, registration, payment etc.
• Assist with employee engagement activities
• Assist with general office administration matters
Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in Human Resources/Business or similar w min 3 yrs of relevant experience, preferably in office move coordination work
