Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and managers to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.

• Manage employee relations cases and conduct workplace investigations where necessary, recommending fair and appropriate resolutions.
• Implement and review HR policies, programmes, and practices to promote consistency and compliance with applicable employment legislation.
• Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent development, and organisational development initiatives.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and organisational effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen HR service delivery.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and cross-functional teams to implement practical and effective people solutions.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation while ensuring confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline and above.
• At least 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience, preferably with exposure to HR business partnering and employee relations.
• Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders and employees.
• Sound understanding of HR practices, employee relations, performance management, and applicable employment legislation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to provide practical recommendations on people-related matters.
• Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
• Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement when handling confidential and sensitive matters.
