About the Role
Our client is a well-established manufacturing organization with a workforce of over 500 employees. They are seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Executive to support end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on blue-collar hiring and operational workforce planning.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for both blue-collar (operators, technicians) and selected white-collar roles.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and workforce planning.

  • Handle high-volume hiring, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

  • Work with external partners (agencies, job portals, government platforms) to build talent pipelines.

  • Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics.

  • Ensure recruitment practices align with internal policies and compliance requirements.

  • Participate in employer branding and recruitment initiatives (career fairs, walk-ins, etc.).

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Strong experience in blue-collar / mass hiring is highly preferred.

  • Familiar with Singapore employment practices and hiring channels (e.g., MyCareersFuture, agencies).

  • Exposure to RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) standards or compliance frameworks will be an advantage.

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
