Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee administration, and offboarding.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee enquiries relating to HR policies, employment terms and conditions, and employee benefits.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment and support talent management, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits, and HR strategic initiatives.
• Administer payroll-related matters, including monthly salary, claims, overtime payments, and bonuses.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment regulations.
• Manage the end-to-end application and renewal process for work passes and escalate outstanding issues where necessary.
• Partner with HR colleagues and stakeholders to manage employee relations matters and support grievance and disciplinary processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR data in accordance with HR best practices and company policies.
• Support internal and external audits, manpower reporting, government surveys, and other statutory requirements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department or Management.
