Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing and hiring.
• Post job advertisements and source candidates through various platforms and recruitment agencies.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, including preparation of HR documents.
• Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals and related matters.
• Handle employment contract renewals.
• Respond to employee and stakeholder HR enquiries.
• Participate in career fairs and recruitment events.
• Support other HR administrative duties and projects as assigned.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.
• 3 years of relevant recruitment experience in manufacturing is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, organised and able to multi-task.
• Strong time-management skills with a high level of integrity and reliability.
