Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Building Material Supplier
  • Position Title: Indoor Sales / Customer Service Officer
  • Working Location: Hougang
  • Working Hours: 5.5 Days - 44hrs per week [Shift rotation, includes weekends]
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-in customers and provide product recommendations for tiles, mosaics, marble, and granite.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products based on design, usage, and budget.
  • Prepare purchase orders and quotations based on customer enquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to arrange and follow up on the delivery of goods.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Provide basic product information such as material types, sizes, finishes, and applications.
  • Ensure showroom displays are neat, organised, and updated.
  • Keep records of sales enquiries and customer information.
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets and maintaining good customer service standards
