Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Pet Products Distributor/ Supplier
• Position Title: Indoor Sales Executive
• Working Location: Ubi (Near MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 Days; Monday (8:30am – 6pm), Tuesday – Friday (9am – 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all online storefronts, ensuring accurate pricing, product descriptions, images, specifications, and compelling product listings that support sales conversion.
• Conduct regular audits across digital sales channels to maintain accurate inventory information, product availability, pricing, and content.
• Handle the end-to-end online sales process, including order processing, customer enquiries, order fulfilment, and timely follow-up to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Identify and develop new B2B partnerships with pet shops, pet-friendly cafés, and other commercial establishments through digital prospecting, tele-sales, and video calls.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners through virtual meetings, online communication, follow-ups, and proactive account management.
• Coordinate closely with Warehouse and Delivery teams to monitor inventory levels, manage stock availability, and ensure orders are dispatched according to schedule.
• Maintain accurate sales and inventory records, including weekly out-of-stock reports and monthly Top Customer reports, using Excel and other digital tools.
• Assist in enhancing workflow automation to streamline processes, improve productivity and efficiency of daily sales and e-commerce operations.
• Monitor online sales activities and customer trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and support initiatives that drive digital sales growth and new account acquisition.
• Collaborate closely with internal department to ensure smooth operations.

• Diploma in Business, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, E-Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in e-commerce store management, digital sales, telesales or online customer service (B2B is an added advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Excel, and digital tools, with the ability to leverage AI applications such as ChatGPT and AI-powered solutions.
• Strong digital aptitude with a proactive mindset towards process improvement, automation, and the use of technology to enhance work efficiency.
• Comfortable conducting video calls, presenting products, and engaging potential business partners virtually.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong attention to accuracy in product listings, inventory tracking, order processing, and sales reporting.
