Job Description

• Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders to build strong relationships, understand hiring needs, and support an effective candidate selection process.
• Role & Requirement Management: Define and refine job requirements, provide insights on candidate profiles and interview processes, and develop engaging job advertisements and recruitment content.
• Talent Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source and assess diverse candidates through multiple channels, evaluating their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Talent Pipeline & Employer Branding: Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future opportunities while strengthening the employer brand within relevant talent communities.
• Market Intelligence & Advisory: Provide insights on talent market trends, candidate behaviour, hiring challenges, and market developments to support business decisions.
• Recruitment Business Development: Develop consultative relationships with stakeholders, identify opportunities to expand recruitment services, and increase business coverage.
• Reporting & Analytics: Track and prepare recruitment reports and metrics as required to measure hiring performance and support business reviews.
